A set of sound sculptures was designed to transduce sounds of physical modeling synthesis. Each sculpture rendered electronic sounds through the specific characteristics of acrylic, brass, copper, cork, and galvanized steel.

Conceived and developed in response to Jean-Luc Mylayne’s exhibition Mutual Regard, presented at The Arts Club Chicago and at C16, Small Chapel for One Person or at Most a Couple (April 1987), a public project presented by the Art Institute of Chicago.

Thank you to Paul Durica.
